Cancellation policy

Filing Cabinet subscription

The Filing Cabinet is a recurring digital membership. The price and billing frequency shown on the product page and at checkout will be charged automatically until you cancel. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time using the subscription-management link in your order or account email. You may also request help at admin@justcounselingthings.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Cancelling does not automatically refund charges already processed.

Access after cancellation or failed payment

Filing Cabinet access is provided through the Google account email supplied for membership access. When a subscription is cancelled, expires, or remains unpaid, access may remain temporarily available during a grace period of up to 35 days. Access can be removed after that grace period. The grace period is not an additional paid subscription term and does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, we or our subscription provider may retry the charge and send account notices. Update payment information through the subscription-management link. Continued nonpayment may result in suspension and removal of access.

Price or service changes

We may change subscription pricing, features, or included resources. When required, affected subscribers will receive advance notice before a new price applies to a future renewal.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally nonrefundable once a billing period begins, except when required by law or when Just Counseling Things approves a request under the Return and Refund Policy.

Other purchase options

If another product is expressly offered as a pre-order, deferred purchase, or other recurring plan, the specific price, timing, cancellation terms, and fulfillment details presented on that product page and at checkout apply. Products not expressly identified as recurring purchases are intended to be one-time purchases.
