This holistic check-in guide was designed for cross-cultural workers, but can easily be adapted for any family as they navigate the perinatal period (conception to one year postpartum).

The perinatal period is a time of great personal and family growth. As new parents are stretched, they will need to be able to tap into reserves

so they will not run dry in the midst of this upcoming season. This guide walks parents through reflections and points them to assessments to evaluate their health in 7 areas of their lives so they can identify areas that need more support and resourcing.
